Jubilee: November 20, 2009
The 2009 Teen Jubilee was a success with
three professions of faith, three hundred in
attendance, and twenty-nine different
churches represented from as far away as
Lake Charles, New Iberia, and Brookhaven,
MS. |

Thanksgiving Project: Boxes of Blessings
The Teen Ministry provided full boxes of
food (including hams and/or turkeys) to
thirty-two families. We provided hams
to an additional eighteen families during
the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. |

GIVEN AWAY |
Christmas Project: Bibles
We
provided five hundred Teen Bibles to several
local high schools through Walker Police
Chief Hunter Grimes, the Walker Police
Department, and the Denham Springs Fire
Department. |

Christmas Project: Bikes and Gifts
Christmas
gifts and over one dozen new bikes were
presented to seven different families during
the Christmas holidays. This also
resulted in a special Christmas being
provided to several of these families by
some special people in our church.
